License Agreement

1. License grant

Upon valid purchase, alimicons grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use licensed icon assets in digital products, client deliverables, and marketing materials as permitted by your plan.

2. Ownership

Assets are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with alimicons. No implied rights are granted beyond this agreement.

3. Allowed use

You may modify color, size, and style for integration into your products. You may ship compiled product files to end users as part of a complete application or website.

4. Restricted use

You may not redistribute source files, resell packs, publish icons as a competing library, share download links publicly, or allow unlicensed third parties to access raw assets.

5. Team and client usage

Agency and team use must follow the purchased plan scope. If your usage exceeds plan limits, you must purchase the appropriate plan before continued use.

6. Compliance responsibility

Alimicons supports structured visual communication for food and allergen contexts. You remain responsible for legal and regulatory correctness of your final product content and disclosures.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop new usage and remove unlicensed source distribution.

8. Updates

Future asset additions or updates may be provided according to your purchased scope and product policy at the time of purchase.
