By accessing this website, purchasing packs, or downloading assets, you agree to these Terms and the License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use alimicons.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You may use alimicons only for lawful business or professional purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown on the site and may change without notice for future purchases. Payments are processed by third-party providers. You authorize charges for selected products, taxes, and applicable fees.

4. Delivery and access

After successful payment, download access is provided through time-limited links and technical controls. Access can be recovered through the retrieve flow when applicable.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, icon assets, trademarks, and related materials are protected intellectual property. No ownership transfers to you. Rights granted are only those explicitly stated in the License Agreement.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute raw files, publish packs as standalone assets, circumvent technical controls, or use the service to violate any third-party rights or law.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Digital asset purchases are generally final unless required by law or expressly approved in writing. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license termination.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free delivery, or fitness for a specific legal or regulatory compliance purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alimicons is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud risk, or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction. You should replace this line with your finalized legal jurisdiction and venue before public launch.
